Lateral sea view: the sea is visible from an angle, typical for apartments slightly set back from the promenade. Partial sea view: a partial view of the sea, often combined with city views. The best locations for sea views in Ostend

The Zeedijk (sea promenade) is of course the number one location for sea views. Apartments directly on the promenade offer the best views.
