The 16th floor on the Zeedijk
The Beachfront Skyline Retreat is on the 16th floor of a modern building directly on the Zeedijk of Ostend. The Zeedijk is the promenade that runs along the entire Belgian coast. 4 km in Ostend alone, with restaurants, bars, terraces and walkers every day. Step off the lift, walk 30 metres, and you are on the beach. From our floor you get a 180 degree sea view, 360 degrees if you walk around the flat. North and west to the North Sea, south to the city centre, east to the working harbour where the fishing boats come in. No other flat in Ostend offers this view at this price. We know because we used to look at the others. The height matters. From 16 floors up, the sound of the city fades away and you only hear the wind and the sea. Storms become entertainment, sunsets become dinner theatre, and the morning light over the water is something you remember for years.
What you get for 150 euros a night
Two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, one with a 140 cm bed. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. A large living room with a smart TV (Netflix, Disney+ ready). A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and proper cookware. Two balconies, one with sea view, one with city panorama. Free fast wifi. Smart lock for self check-in at any hour. Underground parking available at the building rate. Cleaning fee: 60 euros, charged once per stay. No Airbnb commission added on top of the price (which would normally be 15 to 17 percent extra). The price you see on our site is the price you pay. Max 4 guests. 2 night minimum off-season, 3 night minimum in high season and school holidays. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking flat.
