Up to the same day, even a few hours before arrival, subject to availability and provided we have time to prepare the property. For same-day arrivals we prefer that you call directly (+32491597038) so we can organise quickly.

How do I pay for a last-minute booking?

Two options: SEPA transfer (instant in EU, free) or a secure Stripe payment link we send you via WhatsApp (card payment, instant). For very short notice stays (within 24 hours) we usually work with the Stripe link for the security of immediate processing.

What if I have to cancel at the last minute?

For last-minute bookings (within 7 days) cancellation is unfortunately no longer refundable, because we have already closed the calendar. Up to 14 days in advance free cancellation is possible. We recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation cover, especially for those who book last-minute.

On Airbnb or Booking.com, every request goes through an algorithm. The platform sends a notification to the owner, who sometimes replies hours later. Sometimes we have an unexpected free period in the calendar, for example due to a cancellation or a gap between two bookings. In high season last-minute is rare, but in May, June, September and October it can simply happen that an apartment is still available on Friday evening for the weekend.
